This Policy explains what personal data Dalinowa collects and how uploaded videos and AI-related data are used, stored, and protected.

Google sign-in: email address, name, and profile-photo URL. These are the only account fields Dalinowa receives through Google sign-in.
Sign-up and profile: your handle. If you choose to provide them, we also collect profile information such as a bio and Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube account identifiers.
User-generated content: the full videos you upload, thumbnails, choreography titles, captions, hashtags, and registration/upload metadata associated with that content.
Data generated from videos: audio fingerprints, person-detection results, pose/joint coordinates, and other features produced during song/choreography recognition and AI processing.
In-service activity: likes, comments, follows, blocks, reports, and the notifications they generate. Likes, comments, and follow relationships are visible to other users; blocks and report contents are visible only to you and moderators.
Automatically collected: access records, device and browser information, IP address, cookies and similar technologies, security/error logs, and Service usage records.
Analytics: where Google Analytics is enabled, usage events, analytics identifiers, and related information collected through Google Analytics.
We use information for account identification and sign-in; handles and profiles; posting content; choreography registration and credits; song and choreography recognition; reports and credit disputes; security and abuse prevention; operation and improvement of the Service; and usage analytics.
(1) Dalinowa may use the full videos users upload as data to train, evaluate, and improve Dalinowa's AI models. "Full video" may include video frames, audio such as voice and music contained in the video, and features derived from the upload.
(2) The current person-detection and pose-extraction pipeline uses RTMPose Wholebody together with YOLOX for person detection, using open-source ONNX weights distributed through rtmlib.
(3) Audio fingerprints, pose/joint coordinates, and other derived data may be generated and stored for movement comparison, song/choreography recognition, and improvement of recognition quality.
(4) We do not provide uploaded videos or their derived data to third parties for those third parties to train or develop their own models. Service providers such as Google may process data on our behalf for hosting, storage, analytics, and other contracted services, but that is not a transfer for the provider's independent model training.
(5) When content is deleted, the original video is no longer used for new AI training. Model parameters, statistics, or similar outputs from training completed before deletion may remain where a specific user's source video cannot reasonably be isolated or reconstructed from those outputs.
(1) Google account information and profile information are generally kept until you delete your account and are then deleted or anonymized without undue delay unless retention is required by law or reasonably necessary for an unresolved dispute.
(2) Uploaded videos, thumbnails, captions, and derived recognition data directly tied to a piece of content are kept publicly available until you delete that content. When you delete content it is removed from public view; the original video and derived recognition data may be kept in a non-public state for credit-record integrity and dispute handling (Terms, Article 9(4)). When you delete your account, paragraph (1) applies.
(3) Records needed for an active report, credit dispute, or legal proceeding may be retained for the time reasonably necessary to resolve the matter.
(4) Credit records may survive in anonymized form as described in the Terms.
(5) Where Google Analytics is used, user-level and event-level data is retained according to Dalinowa's GA4 settings and Google's policies; standard GA4 properties allow a retention setting of up to 14 months for this data.
(6) Information that law requires us to retain is kept for the required period.
The Service uses Google cloud and Firebase services for authentication, databases, file storage, hosting, and related infrastructure. Information may be stored and processed on servers in the United States.
Google LLC (Firebase) may process Google sign-in information, account/profile information, uploaded content and files, Service data, and logs for authentication, database, storage, hosting, and Service operation. Data is transferred over encrypted network connections when you sign in, upload, or use the Service and is retained in line with Dalinowa's applicable retention periods and Google's contractual deletion processes.
Where Google Analytics is enabled, Google LLC processes usage events, analytics identifiers, and device/browser-related information for analytics. User-level and event-level data is retained according to Dalinowa's GA4 setting and Google's applicable policies.

Dalinowa is operated from the Republic of Korea, and the operator may access information from Korea for support, moderation, dispute handling, security, and operation of the Service.
We do not sell personal information and do not provide uploaded videos or personal information to third parties for their independent AI training or cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information with your separate permission, to contracted service providers acting on our behalf, or where required by law.
If Dalinowa is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale or transfer of all or part of the Service, personal information may be transferred to the successor operator as part of that transaction. We will notify you in advance, including the identity of the successor and any steps available to you if you object, as required by applicable law. The successor may use the information only within the purposes described in the policy in effect at the time of transfer.
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal information through Service settings or by contacting us below, subject to exceptions and limitations under applicable law. We aim to respond within 10 days of receiving a verified request.
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) applies only if Dalinowa meets the statutory criteria for a covered business or otherwise becomes subject to it. If and to the extent the CCPA applies, California residents may have rights to know/access, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and exercise those rights without unlawful discrimination.
Dalinowa does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Requests may be submitted through the contact below, and we may take reasonable steps to verify the request.
Dalinowa's minimum sign-up age is 16. During sign-up, users check a single statement confirming that they are at least 16 years old and that they agree to the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy; Dalinowa does not collect a date of birth for this purpose. If we learn that a user is under 16, we may restrict or terminate the account and delete the user's personal information unless retention is required by law.
We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, security, and usage measurement.
Dalinowa uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure how the Service is used. GA4 collects usage events such as page and screen views and clicks, cookie and analytics identifiers, and device, browser, and coarse location information. GA4 does not store IP addresses; it uses them only to derive coarse location and then discards them. We do not combine this data with your account information such as name or email, and we do not use it for personalized advertising.
Retention of user-level and event-level data follows the setting on our GA4 property; the maximum selectable period on a standard property is 14 months.
You can limit analytics collection through your browser’s cookie controls or with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Limiting analytics does not prevent use of the core Service.
We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals; use the controls above to limit collection. Other than Google Analytics as described here, we do not allow third parties to collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites through the Service.
We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature and risk of the information, including access controls, HTTPS encryption in transit, database/storage security rules, separation of administrator privileges, and security logging.
